1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure the booking date.Full payment must be completed before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.Additional services or last-minute requests may incur extra charges.

3. Menu & Guest Count Changes

Changes to menu selections or guest numbers must be communicated at least 3 days before the event.Requests received after this period may not be accommodated and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to food preparation and operational commitments.Any refunds approved will be processed within a reasonable period.

5. Allergies & Dietary

RequirementsCustomers must inform Arusuvai Catering of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements when placing the order. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Delivery & Setup

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.The customer must ensure suitable access to the delivery location.

7. Equipment & Rental Items

Any catering equipment, serving ware, or rented items provided by Arusuvai Catering remain our property and must be returned in good condition. Charges may apply for loss or damage.

8. Force Majeure

Arusuvai Catering shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or severe weather conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the total value of the order placed. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
